About Us
Amber Morgan, Founder & President
Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, it has been a long-term passion of Ms. Morgan to pursue avenues and insight on how she could best give back to her community. Upon earning her Master of Science degree in Behavior Analysis, she has earnestly dedicated her efforts to help teen girls of color with self-esteem building, mental health awareness and communication. The Sisterhood Foundation founded May 2022 to provide a free mentorship program for teen girls to feel empowered, relatable and inclusive.
Dr. Lena Jackson-Lynch, Vice President
Dr. Lena Jackson-Lynch is the President of LJ2, INC; her favorite aspect of her role is developing individuals, adolescents, singles, and couples to realize their maximum potential. She is also a Certified Family Life Educator. Currently, Dr. Jackson-Lynch manages two departments at LJ2, INC - Family Education and Professional Development. She is a 21 year United States Air Force veteran, has 19 years with the Federal Government, and was a manager in retail. She has over 24 years of experience in education, training, professional development, coaching, and consultation in the community. Building positive relationships, solving challenges, leading others, unifying, empowering, and strengthening families brings out the best in Dr. Jackson-Lynch. She inspires others to live their best life, she is a co-author, holds a Ph.D. in Family Studies from Texas Woman’s University and dual master’s degrees in Adult Education and Human Relations from Oklahoma University. She volunteers at TX Veteran Hall of Fame Museum, located in the Denton Mall and also in the Veterans Ministry at Westside Baptist Church in Lewisville, TX. At home, Dr. Jackson-Lynch has lived her life being a mom to a son, a daughter, and a foster mom.
